Registration is now open. Register before October 30th to receive an early bird discount.

Regular registration fees include lunch, refreshment and banquet. Student registration fees include lunch and refreshment.

Registration Fee:
Early-bird (by October 30, 2026): Regular: 3000 NTD / Student: free
Late (from October 31, 2026) / Onsite: Regular: 4000 NTD / Student: 1000 NTD

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For registration cancellations or any inquiries regarding registration, please contact the Conference Secretary, Shelly Lee, at taiwanthz@gmail.com.

Cancellations received on or before November 2, 2026: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded, subject to the deduction of an applicable handling fee.

Cancellations received on or after November 3, 2026: No refunds will be provided for either the registration fee or the banquet fee.
