Dr. Chia-Yi Yeh is an Assistant Professor at the Graduate Institute of Communication Engineering and the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University. She received her B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University in 2014, and her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University in 2018 and 2022, respectively, under the supervision of Prof. Edward W. Knightly.

From 2022 to 2024, Dr. Yeh was a Postdoctoral Associate jointly affiliated with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the School of Engineering at Brown University, where she worked with Prof. Muriel Médard and Prof. Daniel M. Mittleman. She joined National Taiwan University as an Assistant Professor in August 2024.

Dr. Yeh’s research focuses on the design, implementation, and experimental demonstration of next-generation wireless systems for communication, security, and sensing. Her research interests include massive MIMO, millimeter-wave and terahertz wireless communications and networks, wireless security, and wireless sensing. Her work combines theoretical foundations with experimental validation across frequency ranges from sub-6 GHz to terahertz frequencies.
